On behalf of a prominent international player in the food industry, pzSearch is looking for an interim HR Business Partner.
Job description 
The HR Business Partner delivers HR support in: compensation, training and development, staffing, workforce planning, engagement, internal communications, performance and change management across the business unit. The business partner coordinates HR projects and change initiatives and supports the Business Unit HR director wherever necessary. He or she forms a strong connection between HR & business teams within the BU and within the rest of the company.
Required 
Candidates should have at least five years experience within an international or multi BU environment and broad based skills across the complete HR technical portfolio, particularly talent development. Proven ability to support the development and implementation of HR strategy and lead projects is a must. The HR Business Partner we are looking for combines excellent communication, teamwork and stakeholder relationship management skills with a delivery focus and proactive style. Project management and change management skills are required, as well as English language fluency. Knowledge of Spanish and French is a plus.
