On behalf of an international player in fast moving consumer goods (fmcg) pzSearch is URGENTLY looking for an HR manager.
The HR manager delivers HR-services to the plant and supports the implementation of strategic goals. He or she is a member of the management team. Advises management and acts as a business partner regarding all HR and performance issues. He or she manages the organization design and development initiatives and recommends the best solution, meeting current and future business needs. Implements and controls regional HR initiatives to leverage the company's best practices. Gives follow-up on monthly KPI reporting to provide various business leaders with critical management information. He or she trains and coaches management in day-to-day HR practises and controls HR budgets. Manages the industrial relations at the location, including maintaining collective labor agreements, representation in negotiations and work council.Leads or actively participates in projects.
Succesfull candidates have a BA/MA-degree in business/economic sciences and at least 7 years allround HR experience at different levels in multinational companies. They are credible business- and sparring partners with proven communication skills at all managerial levels. Understand the fmcg business and its impulse category strategy. Proven success in supporting the development and implementation of HR processes and strategies within the manufacturing field. The ideal candidate has strong analytic skills, is driven by results and target oriented. Flexible, open to change, persuasive, and pro-active. Is autonomous and has perfect oral and writing skills in both Dutch and English.
Offered is a fulltime job, starting with a year contract, within a dynamic environment. Year salary 65.000 euro gross.
